Refund Policy

At Cocoia Creative Agency, we pour our time, energy, and expertise into every project we take on. Because our services are custom-tailored to your brand, our refund policy reflects the non-returnable nature of our time and creative labor.

1. The 50% Upfront Deposit The initial 50% deposit is used to reserve your spot in our production schedule, allocate resources, and begin the creative process. Because of this, the 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable once work on the project has commenced.

2. Project Cancellations We understand that business needs can change. If you need to cancel a project before it is finished:

  • If the work completed does not exceed the 50% deposit, no further payment is required, but the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If the work completed at the time of cancellation exceeds the value of the initial deposit, we will invoice you for the remaining hours/work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Final Deliverables We offer two (2) dedicated feedback rounds on the finished deliverable to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Because of this collaborative revision process, no refunds will be issued once the final 50% payment is made and final files have been delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances We value our client relationships deeply. If you are ever unhappy with the direction of a project, please communicate with us immediately during the feedback rounds. We are committed to working with you to find a solution and ensure a successful outcome.
