Welcome to Cocoia Creative Agency. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website () and the creative services we provide. By working with us, you agree to these terms. We keep things straightforward so we can focus on doing great work together.

1. Our Services Cocoia Creative Agency provides creative services as outlined in your specific project proposal. We pride ourselves on quality and transparency.

2. Financial Terms & IVA Tax

• Pricing: All prices quoted are exclusive of the Costa Rican 13% IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) unless otherwise stated. This tax will be added to your final invoice as required by law.

• Payment Structure: We require a 50% upfront deposit to secure your spot in our schedule and commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, prior to the handover of final files.

• Invoices: Invoices are to be paid within [Insert Number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of receipt.

3. Feedback & Revisions We want you to be absolutely thrilled with the final result. To ensure a smooth process, our projects include two (2) comprehensive feedback rounds on the finished deliverable.

• If further revisions are requested beyond these two rounds, they will be billed at our standard hourly rate (or a newly agreed-upon flat fee).

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property We don't believe in gatekeeping. Upon receipt of the final 50% payment, you receive full licensing rights and ownership of the final deliverables. They become your property to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.

• Agency Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials to showcase our expertise, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project's start.

5. Client Responsibilities To meet our deadlines, we rely on timely communication from you. Delays in providing necessary assets, information, or feedback may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability Cocoia Creative Agency will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables or website.
